Frequently asked questions

What is the accredited heritage department?

A public service within the Grand Auch Cœur de Gascogne intermunicipal community that works to make local heritage accessible to tourists, local inhabitants and young people.

Who are the guides?

Aymeric, Elsa and Laurent. All three are accredited and enthusiastic tour guides, which ensures a high quality of service alongside them. They tailor each of their offers to each group.

What can you choose?

Go where your heart leads you as you discover our different scheduled events or get advice on types of activity from the trip advisors at the tourist information centre, depending on what you’d like.

And if you have children, that’s no problem! The guides will make your chosen activity fun, whatever the activity you’re interested in! You can also sign your children up to a heritage workshop or enjoy a self-guided paper fortune teller.

Where can you get tickets?

You can get tickets during the opening hours of the Grand Auch Cœur de Gascogne tourist information centre or from the tour guide at the visit starting point (by cheque or cash). However, certain activities, like the Cluedo® game, have to be booked in advance.

When and how can you book?

The number of available tickets is limited to ensure high quality of our visits. Whenever advance booking is obligatory, this is specified in the offer. For all activities, we strongly advise you to book in advance at +33 (0)5 62 05 22 89 or by e-mail at info@auch-tourisme.com.
